Soft Embossed Holographic Film
The holographic designs are soft embossed on transparent films up to width of 1650 mm. The embossed holographic film is then metalized. Specialized grade of films are used for the embossing process for providing holographic films having high barrier properties and metal bond strength. Corona and plasma treatment are provided for improvement of lamination strength
Everest has the ability to make masters of size 620 mm (H) x 1650 mm (Width). The in house patented recombination process of the masters ensures that the holographic design has absence of Vertical breaks in the design. Holographic designs embossed using the master would have a horizontal shim line in the horizontal direction (across the web direction) at a distance of 620 mm. The thickness of the shimline is lower than 0.5 mm. While designing customized designs care is taken to ensure that there is not break in the design or the shimline is hardly visible. Coloured holographic films are also provided.
Seamless Holographic Film
Can have 2 or 3 layers in the hologram having virtual depth between the layers. These masters have their limitations for incorporation of high security features which is the need of the times. Some features that can be provided in the layers are flip flop ( switching effects), floating effects, microtext, CLR,. etc.
